Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, for health reasons we can not accept returns on any skin care products. All skin care sales are final. In order to verify you are ordering the correct Skin Care for your skin please feel free to give us a call at 718-484-1777.
We only accept exchanges of unopened cosmetics. Please follow the guidelines below in order for us to process your exchange.
- Exchanged merchandise should include the original packaging, tags and be in the same -condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot & will not be exchanged.
- Exchanges can be made within 14 days after the product was received by the customer.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Please notify us via email if you wish to exchange an item.
- Once the returned product is received you will be sent a tracking number for your requested exchanged item.
- If you return an opened cosmetic order or a skin care product it will be sent back to you or disposed of.
- We do not issue refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 341 Utica ave New York US 11213.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
